For a suspected vulnerability, describe the affected page, browser, steps to reproduce, and impact. Remove all real credentials from screenshots and examples.
Privacy requests
You can ask about data handling or exercise applicable privacy rights by email. Because Kardix does not create user accounts, include enough non-sensitive context to identify the request without sharing secrets.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed as capacity allows. Urgent account recovery must be handled with the relevant service provider because Kardix cannot access or reset third-party accounts.
